When ordering a car by phone, payment can ONLY be made in cash. If you order a car through the Iki Pasimatymo app, payment is also in cash.

The final trip price is calculated in real time according to the taxi meter and may differ from the preliminary price indicated in the SMS message or in the Iki Pasimatymo app. Price changes may occur due to various conditions or other factors. The preliminary price does not guarantee that the final amount will remain the same. Factors affecting the price:

• Boarding fee
• Distance (different rates may apply within the city and in rural areas)
• Waiting – waiting fees are calculated when the car is stationary or driving at less than 10 km/h. This does not apply to the time a passenger takes to board the car.
• Standby – standby fees apply when the car has arrived and is waiting for the passenger (the first 5 minutes are free). If the booking was made in advance, the waiting fee starts being calculated if the passenger is late after the scheduled booking time.

A minimum trip price applies:

• from €4.00 for regular day travels.
• from €4.50 for night travels.
